EFT (emotional freedom technique) is an emotional version of acupuncture except no needles are used and you stimulate the points and remove trapped negative energy by tapping on the meridian points whilst addressing and acknowledging issues. This can help to heal past trauma, remove limiting beliefs, help anxiety, reduce stress and cortisol levels to enforce positive emotions and re-write narratives from childhood.
EFT clears emotional blockages based on the understanding that many issues have deeper origins underlying them. Once these deeper origins are cleared it helps you to live in the present. By sending signals to the amygdala (fight/flight/freeze) centre of your brain to calm it down it then allows us to avoid stress, which means our triggers are reduced and eliminates ANT’s. Once the past experiences are cleared the presenting issue is significantly reduced.
EFT specifically works well with previous trauma, PTSD, limiting beliefs and when you feel stuck and are not sure why. Any situation you cannot let go of.
